YAY!! Finally i mastered the power of "Basic Blogging". Thanks to Fannesa and some helpful friends. Today...School was Fun! We set up the restaurant and i learnt alot! like polishing glasses, utensils and also folding of napkins. my mates and I will soon be ready for the banquet in Asian Aerospace this month of Feb from 23 to 29.
I am so excited!! We will be going to Hyatt Hotel for briefing on the 20th of Feb, to collect my authorised pass, and uniforms as we are going to work under Hyatt Hotel. hhee...on the way to be a hotelier!!! And today's lesson in "restaurant showmanship" taught us how to make Crepes Suzette ( A type of pancake served with Ice Cream) and also Cherries Jubilee ( A cherry dessert) Both of these are Desserts, western style...not forgetting Kirschwasser and Cherry Brandy both are liqueurs that brings favours to these western desserts. I got to remember all these recipe of what i have learnt cause it will be tested!!! Anyway..it would not be any of a problem.heeezz.. I am into Wine and Spirits..there are so many different types of Wines..From "New World" to "Old World" wines...to European wines.haiz...i also abit blur liao. haha...well.. I will save up enough to buy some and start a collection of it..hehe..Till then..haha...I am so HAPPY that i can blog again!! and Shanks to a Kind Soul...who is willing to help me with the decorations of this BLOG. Shanks you beri nice...shall credit her la!! haha.
