Yes! Exams are finally over. now comes the worrying of my results..how well did i fare? I am so tired after the serving in SAFTI yesterday, this is the second time i'm serving there. We had to serve abt 300 people and they are all officers, wearing white suits. The Whole Dinner thing was "Fine Dining Concept". We had to set 1 super long row of table, complete setting. After it was done, i was satisfied..the set-up was perfect everything was aligned. I was the row In-Charge..holding great responsiblity, its not a good thing.
Thank God, the dinner was a smooth one.
Holidays are approaching..well for me..it is! haha..Yup! i really hope i will spend my holidays wisely, according to my plans. ok thats all for now. till then..

Hi...Today was my first day in GENKI SUSHI!! haha...It was fun!! and THE STAFF there are VERY VERY NICE!!!!!! Within a few hours i made friends with everyone...and yet to know them better...this is just a matter of time. I found out there are also 2 plilipinoes working there..they were attached here by their school for 5 months, as they are also DOING HOTEL MANAGEMENT! haha...they are really really nice people too...one of their name was Catherine, with her patience she taugh me a number of things..i am really glad! People in Genki, are a bunch of lively, funny and friendly to hang out with...Today was not so busy...that is why i don't feel very exhausted today...Tomorrow, I am also working...and I hope i will not be too stress because i haven memorize every dish items on the menu yet. *YAWNZ* i am tired...i got to sleep..!!! and God Bless.

Well...well....Today I had my practical Exam...Food and beverage..i screwed it up!! wonder what grades will i get....Table setting, was a confusing thing to do! haiz...anyway..i realised my mistakes already...its still good! Now..all my practical exams are over...yay!! but my theory exams are coming..got to mug harder!! thanks again FANN!!!
