Jan 06 is coming to an end soon.time is not waiting for any man. For me, its going to be a year of challenges and with more responsibility on hand, I can only rely on God. He who has been faithful will bring me through the toughest of time, so that I can see His glorious work in my life.

Sonic Camp just ended a few days ago. The camp at Sentosa was fun, everybody got to know each other even better and even had a good experience with God. But is it going to stop there? Is the camp an "opium den"? where we get our spiritual highs and then after go back to our worldly lifestyles...are we "camp addicts"?? These were the questions i asked myself today, when pastor Glenn was sharing about it. Glenn told us about the 3 "S"

1) Stability - Just like when someone got into accident, the doc must monitor the patient for a few days for the patient's condition to stablelize. Indeed, Stability is important in the christian walk, becos one got to have the discipline in order to be stable spiritually. E.g. The discipline to do devotions and pray daily..and a fixed timing.

2)Subsitute - Glenn gave an example of saying "No to drugs" but say "Yes" to something more positive e.g. chewing gums, food and etc. Its like sub "bad" for "good".

3)Safe - Going through all these isnt easy. We need a place to seek refuge and comfort, which only HE can provide...He will provide a safe place for us to rest and He will do His good work in us.
