School Today - Food Service Management
Food Service management is new subject to me in my new term. Don't be fooled..it is not just about service customers and handling food. It is more! i mean...more on management! and yes! it is like 70% about managing restaurant (Fine Dining), hotel based. I have already met most of my school's Trainers, but the trainer who is teaching this subject is the one i admire most! Nope...Its not HIS looks..or anything. But its his achievement and how confident he is when he speaks ( with an English accent).
