..Today was a Hectic day! rush here and there...only had lunch..no breakfast and dinner.
Have a headache, cold and cough, but i still got to complete my tasks...these days really very busy..if this continue..i think i will break down. Adding on to all these are my emotions...really down lately too..
ok i need to sleep now...tml still need to wake up early for project work.

God please carry me in your arms in times like this

The book "Boy Meets Girl" taught me so much. I now have a better understanding why relationship dun always work out. This book is about having a relationship in God's perspective. Question like How do we glorify God in our relationships? We can do that when we put our needs aside and base our decisions on what serves the interests of the other person.

Some points to ponder b4 a relationship.....
Guided by a selfless desire to do what's best for the other.
1) is starting this relationship now what's best for him?
2)will expressing all my feelings now serve her?
3) Are my actions encouraging to him to love God more?
4) will kissing her be what's best for her in the long run?

A selfless desire to do what's best for the other person can guide us in the big and small decisions of a relationship. It's not tedious. It's an expression of sincere love and the defining mark of a chirstian relationship.

Romance says "let feelings decide wat happens." Wisdom leads us to a purposeful relationship.
a relationship with a purpose is very important...that will lead to marriage..
Feelings are never right so never base feelings on relationship.

Say if you are a good christian and have your own meticulous planning its still not gonna work...God wants you to submit and trust him in whatever he planned. God knows us the best...and he knows perfectly who will be our life partner? It is tailor-made for each one of us.

For me, i really want to be in a purposeful and god glorifying relationship...but i am willing to trust in God..I know he has his plans and they are for me to prosper and not to harm me. Just like the stories in the book...The people are all ordinary singles that are looking for their love ones...but after thru so much..they trusted God..and now..they have a interesting story to tell and each story is unique and touching..It also shows how God worked so amazingly in their lives.

Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Crist Jesus.

God, i don't want to be anxious about this area of my life, i present my requests to you. I'd like to get married, and you know whom i'm interested in. But i'm trusting Your Word, which says your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard my heart. I want your peace and not the peace i attempt to create.

Busy busy busy..everyday only can reach home after 10pm. these days have been hectic..Dealing with Final Year Project on Events and Conventions...typing so many reports and meeting deadlines, the event is coming soon! Have to work all also, but I enjoy working in "Wake Me Up Music"..can meet so many friends and interesting customers...in addition, the people i'm working with are Christians.
These days...also dunno why suddenly so many church conference must attend...these burn my weekends...but i believe its good for me.
Also in SonicFest committee...quite excited about the festival! This year is gonna be huge! Its a 3 day event at Fort Canning green! Come on down u guys!

Was watching the news today. Temasek Poly, now has opened the another school of Hospitality and Tourism in Sentosa. I heard that this school will be occupied by 2nd year students to learn and gain practical skills while working in Sentosa. hmmz..how interesting to have a school in Sentosa..TP approached SHATEC to join partnership but we rejected their offer because we are a member of Singapore Hotel Association (SHA). I don't understand why..but i think its because we are not our own.
The news also mentioned that Hospitality and Tourism course in TP are gaining popularity and TP will increase the standards of this course next year. Why is it so popular? Its because of the growing tourism prospects and the integrated resorts and casino that will bring lots of opportunities.

How timely all these things come. When i joined SHATEC, it was the SARS period...God is so good..it is so true that He has plans for us to prosper and not to harm us.

Yahoo! after sending out 8 resumes and going for 2 interviews, Marriot hotel called me this morning!! I'm going to do my internship in Marriot Hotel..Yes..that Hotel in the heart of Orchard Road. Marriot Hotel is my second choice...First is Four Seasons...but no reply. Anyway..i really i want to thank God and Friends that have been keeping me in their prayers..Its truely through God's grace i'm given a chance. i'm so happy...hmmz..But the pay isn't as great as Fullerton which is paying $700/mth, Marriot pays abt $500+..but who says its abt the money? Just wanna gain more experiences. I believe, Marriot having 2000+ hotels and resorts worldwide can allow me to go overseas to work next time..hehe...ok..more updates next time..till then!

The First day
I was late, due to school and some other reasons..God really helped me through..then i met the boys after the Malaysia Customs. Relieved..
Surprised to see Choy, Djulian, Nicky and Joshua C.
I knew it was going to be fun!

The Second Day
The gig was a killer..it was fiercer than you.! I was in charged of the ticketing...and i had fun.
The music was playing..and the sand from the ceiling was dropping and no i wasnt kidding.

The Third Day
We went to Church in KL..the youth service was huge! and that day wasnt the full attendance..so imagine...how big can the group get.
The youths were so energetic..the wordship was good! enjoyed it with the presence of GOD.

Food was great! The "Tehs" or Teas...have so many ways of making..or shall i say..like cocktails.
When go to KL..check out the "Neslo"=Nescafe with Milo..and "Cham"=Mixed Tea and Coffee.
The Pratas..."The Bomb", "Prata Pisang", Prata with egg and Prata Planta.
Ate so much...i think i gained weight..haha

oh..RAMLY RAMLY! We also got Ramlized....by the Ramly Burgers...really ar..killer.
Nicky loves it...and cant live without it. haha

I really had so much fun..and i've also learnt that SIngapore is a safe place.comparing to KL..so many weird people ard.
Now i'm having the KL "hangover"....wonder when will i be back again. :-)
